God created man in the image of himself,
in the image of God he created him,
Male and Female he created them.
God blessed them,
saying to them:
God also said:
”Look, to you I give all the seed-bearing plants everywhere on the surface of the earth, and all the trees with seed-bearing fruit; this will be your food.” Gn1:27-29
God saw all he had made, and indeed it was very good.
It is all the creation which is given to the human being, which is placed in our hands, so that we use it insofar as it helps us to pursue the end for which we were created: to praise, to respect and to serve God, our Creator. (Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius n°23)
Thank God for this wonderful gift.
To experience in your deep inner space the desire to be adjusted to all things created.
However, what is Light can blind,
become ‘snake’, deceive…
break the original harmony,
and distort our relationship to creation…
Ask God,
if that is really my desire,
to order my life to use more correctly all the things that are on the face of the earth,
and to choose only what leads me more to the end for which I am created / created.
Finish by saying slowly the Our Father.
