Saint Thérèse Couderc, Jubilee of the Canonization
December 2020
How happy one is beside the poor manger, but how rich it is for us, since we find our God in it! What useful teaching it gives us; what lessons may we learn beside that cradle! Oh, may we love to contemplate it, to listen to it lessons, to hear them and in so doing we shall soon become learned in that science that men cannot teach us, and which makes saints.
To Mother Lysie Adam, [Jan. 1863]
